Terms and Conditions

  1. Parties bookings require a deposit of £49.00 (£98.00 for extended slots) to secure the requested time slot and date. This deposit is only refundable if we receive 21 days notice AND we are able to re-let the party slot. An alternative party slot can be booked and the deposit utilised if the new party day is within 365 calendar days of the date of the original party and we are able to resell your original slot.. Please let us know IN WRITING by email if you wish to rearrange your party date or cancel the booking. We will confirm by email and this must be retained as proof. Any party food ordered in connection with a booking will be fully chargeable unless cancelled in writing 3 clear day before the party date.
  2. No show party - If a deposit is paid, and we do not receive written notice of cancellation AT LEAST 24 Hrs before the party start time, we assume the party will proceed. If the party is a no show, we reserve the right to invoice the booking person for the full amount due as if the had party proceeded, including the full price of any party buffet that has been ordered.
  3. Table bookings must be prepaid and made before midnight on the day preceding the booking date. Your table must be claimed before 10.00hrs or it will be release to general admissions. You will still be permitted entry if space is available or allowed to wait for a table to come free. No refunds will be made and no rescheduling of the booking is allowed unless 24 hrs written notice is given. Booking fees will be refunded in the event of COVID restrictions being reintroduced.
  4. Patrons must follow all COVID SECURE guidance including hand sanitising of all persons, social distancing and directions given by staff to ensure a safe play environment. Anyone who fails to cooperate with COVID SECURE measures may be asked to leave and no entry fee will be refunded.
  5. Jigsaw Juniors Ltd does not accept liability for loses incurred on inconvenience caused by cancellation of the party due to circumstances beyond our control. These include but are not limited to fire, flood, wind damage, PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCIES, malfunction of heating or lighting, damage to the structure, staff illness, criminal damage, act of God, severe weather events etc. In the exceptional event we need to cancel your party any deposit paid will be refunded - no other compensation will be paid.
  6. All children must be supervised by a person of 18 years or over. Jigsaw Juniors Ltd staff are not employed as "attendants" so the behaviour of children in complying with the rules of safe play is that.of the supervising adult. See unacceptable behaviour below.
  7. Adults or children must not leave hot drinks or food unattended at any time.
  8. No foodstuffs or drinks are allowed within the play structure or sensory rooms.
  9. Valuables should not be left unattended and Jigsaw Juniors Ltd accepts no liability from loss or damage to personal property or theft of (including attempted theft) or damage to vehicles in the adjacent public car park.
  10. Adults entering the structure to assist children must be mindful the design is aimed at children of 7 years or younger. Some areas may be difficult to reach and if in doubt, assistance from a member of staff shall be sought.
  11. Joint parties are not generally permitted, other than from the same extended family (e.g. siblings, cousins etc). This is to ensure sufficient parking and room for adult guests is held at a manageable level. Please enquire.
  12. No alcohol, no smoking, no vaping or taking of illicit drugs is allowed on the premises.
  13. All persons using play equipment must wear well fitting socks.
  14. Staff have been instructed not to tolerate abusive behaviour from guests including swearing, aggression or threats. Such behaviour may lead to termination of the event and involvement of the authorities. This includes behaviour of guests towards each other as well as towards staff.
  15. Payment of the balance due must be made in cash or by card before the end of the party. For the purposes of the Theft Act 1978 S.3 payment for goods and services provided by Jigsaw Juniors Ltd is required "on the spot". That means before the person responsible for payment of his agent has left the premises. Any breach of this requirement may constitute a criminal offence and shall be reported in all cases to the police. Jigsaw Juniors Ltd will also pursue the client for any consequential loss.

  17. We operate a CCTV system for the purpose of the prevention and detection of crime, safety and security of staff, patrons and premises, staff training and building maintenance. The data controller is Jigsaw Juniors Ltd and we are registered with the Office of the Information Commissioner number ZB231599. For subject access to personal data under section 7 of the Data Protection Act 1998, please contact us on 0113 258 1093 or email jigsawjuniors@gmail.com. We will then send a subject access form. The charge for subject access is £10.00.
